This practical programme equips facilitators and leaders with strategies to strengthen cohesion, foster ownership, and build resilience that can withstand divisive events.

The course is compiled of 9 contact sessions (22-25 June, 29 June, 6 July, 13 July, 20 July, 17 Aug) from 19:00 – 21:30 and is completed with an all day exam on 14 September 2026. All lessons are delivered through an online learning model, this course offers accessible, hands‑on training.  Places are limited to 15 participants, ensuring personalised attention and meaningful engagement.
