Refund Policy

If you withdraw before the RSVP date, you will receive a full refund. After the RSVP date, no refunds can be issued as costs will already have been incurred.

In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient interest, OTGrow will notify you by the RSVP date and reimburse your full workshop fees. Please note that OTGrow is not responsible for refunding travel expenses such as flights or accommodation. We recommend booking these only once the workshop has been confirmed (one day after the RSVP date).
